If a Live, On-Demand, or Pre-Recorded webinar is cancelled by iWebinarz due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Technical issues

Natural calamities

Speaker unavailability or related issues

If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled webinar time.
Note:
No refund requests will be accepted if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled webinar.
1.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds apply to combo packages or bundled offers, which may include:

Live webinars

Pre-recorded webinars

Digital downloads
-
PDF transcripts

Other related products
Refund terms for combo purchases:

If the entire combo is unused and cancelled, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you have accessed or used any part of the combo, the value of the consumed products will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

iWebinarz reserves the right to cancel or postpone any webinar (Live, On-Demand, or Pre-Recorded) due to unforeseen circumstances.

You may cancel your webinar registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
3. Exchange / Transfer Policy
We offer flexibility to swap or exchange your webinar with another available session on our platform, subject to the following conditions:

If the new webinar is priced equal to your original purchase → No additional cost

If the new webinar is priced higher → You must pay the price difference

If the new webinar is priced lower → The difference will be refunded to you
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or cancellations will not be applicable in the following situations:

The webinar or product has already been accessed, attended, or used

Digital products have been downloaded or accessed via provided links

Physical products (if any) have already been shipped
